The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If given a PO BOx or Parcel locker, we will attempt to reach you for an alternative address. After 48 hours, if we do not receive an alternative address from you, we will cancel and refund your order.
Yes, Pawsitive Trends biggest priority is making sure our customers are happy. We offer returns and refunds on all orders if you are not satisfied.
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return a product to our office location with a completed return slip within 30 days. We will process a refund and suggest you include a tracking number with your return as we are not liable for a lost return.
